FYE, a local entertainment store, is closing one of its locations. I cannot possibly explain to you how incredibly tragic this is for me and Emily. FYE breathes life into all those who enter. FYE satisfies the soul. FYE is where you go when you need to buy a used copy of Mission: Impossible 2 for four dollars. Since learning of its pending doom, Emily and I have hit it up several times to squeeze as much joy out of it as we can. Anyway, as you can imagine, going into FYE without purpose is dangerous. It’s best to have a list of things you want to buy so you don’t accidentally end up spending 3 hours and $400 on gently used DVDs. This is a picture of the list I took with me on my last visit, made with the help of Chris Evans’ imdb page. I obviously only found two movies, but it was totally worth it. (The Nanny Diaries is a REALLY good movie. It is probably the best thing that’s happened to me so far this year.)
